摘要
目的了解青浦区社区居民对精神卫生和心理保健知识的知晓情况,以便更好地在社区开展健康教育。方法在青浦区10个街镇分别抽取1个居委和1个村,用随机数字表法抽取每个居委、村的50户家庭,选择15岁~65岁之间的家庭成员,随机抽取1人进行问卷调查。结果精神卫生与心理保健知识各条目的正确回答率在15.9%~98.8%之间,平均为66.83%,精神卫生知识的平均得分为13.37±2.93。多因素线性回归分析发现,年龄、文化程度和婚姻状况与问卷得分均有关。结论青浦区居民对精神卫生与心理保健知识的知晓度尚可,但对疾病病因的认识以及有关纪念日方面的知晓程度较低。精神卫生知识的知晓程度随人口学特征不同而有差异,今后应加强不同人群的精神卫生知识培训。
Objective To understand the status quo of mental health and mental health knowledge among residents in Qingpu in order to better carry out health education in the community. Methods The members aged from 15-65 of 50 families in each of the 10 Street town of Qingpu District were selected and investigated with random number table extraction from one neighborhood committees and one village. Results The proportion of correct responses of the knowledge questionnaire was between 15.9% and 98.8% with the overall mean proportion 66.83%. The average score of mental health knowledge was 13.37±2.93 points. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, education, and marital status were related to the questionnaire scores. Conclusion The mental health and mental health knowledge rate of Qingpu District residents is acceptable, but the knowledge level of mental disease causes and that of the disease related to the anniversary are lower. Mental health knowledge rate is different with the differences of demographic characteristics. The training of mental health knowledge in different populations should be strengthened.
