摘要
目的了解上海市黄浦区医务人员的吸烟状况及对医院控烟的看法。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对上海市黄浦区16家医疗机构中的315名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果调查对象的吸烟率为17.8%,其中男性为34.6%,女性为1.3%,男性吸烟率明显高于女性。54.9%的调查对象接受过控烟方法的培训,36.8%的调查对象会在诊疗时主动询问病人是否吸烟,90.2%的调查对象曾在医院内劝阻病人吸烟。结论上海市黄浦区医务人员对烟草危害的认识不足,相关知识知晓率偏低,控烟服务意识不强,需要进一步开展相关知识与技能的培训。
Objective To study the smoking status and medical staff's views on tobacco control in hospitals in Huangpu District of Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire was conducted among medical staff selected by the convenience sampling from 16 hospitals in Huangpu District. Results The prevalence of smoking among medical staff was 17.8%, with 34.6% male and 1.3% female; 54.9% of medical staff had received training in tobacco control methods; 36.8% of them would ask if the patient was smoking or not in their work, and 90.2% of them had dissuaded smoking in hospitals. Conclusion Medical staff in Huangpu District have insufficient knowledge of tobacco harm, low knowledge rate and low awareness of tobacco control. The training on tobacco control should be enhanced in medical staff.
