摘要
用解析计算方法得到MPE-100×250复摆颚式破碎机偏心轴应力曲线,对该机型有限元模型施加解析算法用的简化载荷,数值计算的结果与理论计算结果相近,证明了数值计算模型的可信性。将施加在动、静颚板上的集中力更新为更能模拟其实际受力情况的线性压力载荷,得出偏心轴更为真实的力学参数曲线。使用曲线拟合工具Matlab对最大应力曲线进行多项式拟合,为设计者提供有利的参考数据。
The eccentric shaft's stress curve of MPE-100×250 compound pendulum jaw crusher is obtained by analytical calculation method. Though loading the simplified load on the FEA model,the numerical results and the theoretical calculation results are closer to each other; It proves the credibility of the numerical calculation model. The more realistic mechanical parameters curve of eccentric shaft is obtained by replacing the concentrated force with pressure that can simulate the actual force better on the surface of crusher jaw plates. Polynomial fitting to the maximum stress curve is conducted by using the curve-fitting tool Matlab,thus to provide the favorable reference data for designers.
