INTRODUCTION In recent years, M. Y. Yu et al. have found two kinds of solitary waves with concave density profiles in a hot plasma under constant low-frequency magnetic field B, namely, Electrostatic Ion Cyclotron Solitary Wave and Lower Hybrid Solitary Wave, under the assumption of quasi-neutrality.
