摘要
飞机客舱设计和评价研究对于提升航空旅客舒适性体验具有重要作用,国外新机型舒适性普遍高于旧机型,表明飞机客舱舒适性研究卓有成效,为我国开展民用客机舒适性研究提供借鉴。依据舒适性内涵的发展,从舒适性影响因素及程度、物理环境、座椅、界面、服务、舒适性评价体系等方面对国内外民用飞机客舱舒适性研究进行综述,发现客舱舒适性研究在范围、方法、成果3方面存在明显差异:国外民用飞机客舱多以调查统计方法研究影响舒适性的因素和程度,以试验方法研究影响舒适性的机制,研究结果通常以舒适性影响因素和舒适体验间的关联程度和关系模型为主;国内则以舒适性评价研究为主。对比结果显示,国外飞机客舱研究经验可为我国飞机客舱舒适性研究体系的构建提供参考,并从客舱舒适性影响因素及程度、座椅和客舱界面、服务设计3方面对国内飞机客舱舒适性研究进行展望。
Aircraft cabin design and evaluation research plays an important role in the improvement of comfort experience of airline passengers.The comfort of new model is generally better than that of old model,which shows that the study of airplane cabin comfort is effective.This could provide references for the study of civil aircraft comfort in China.According to the development of the connotation of comfort,the study of cabin comfort at home and abroad was reviewed from factors and degree of comfort,physical environment,seat,interface,service,comfort evaluation system and so on.It was found that there are obvious differences in the research scope,research methods and research results between domestic and foreign cabin comfort studies:foreign cabin comfort studies mostly focus on the factors and degree of comfort by investigation and statistics,and explore the mechanism of comfort influence through experiments.The results are usually based on the correlation degree and relationship model between comfort factors and comfort experience.Domestic studies mainly focus on comfort evaluation.The comparison results showed that the experience of foreign airplane cabin research could provide references for the construction of our airplane cabin comfort research system.Domestic airplane cabin comfort research was prospected from three aspects:influence factors and degree of cabin comfort,seats and cabin interface,service design.
