基于人因工程的廉价航空客舱座椅排距优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 座椅排距是衡量乘客舒适度的关键指标。通过统计分析现场采集的真实有效的乘客数据得到座椅排距设计所需的身体各部位尺寸,结合人因工程学设计原理建立乘客在恒力作用下的舒适度模型,计算得到基于廉价航空公司航线结构的座椅排距和椅背倾角。并通过人机工程仿真软件JACK对比不同座椅排距下的工效评价结果来验证优化后的排距的合理性。最后利用该排距尺寸对国内廉价航空公司常用机型的座椅布局进行优化和评价。 Seat row spacing is a key index for passenger comfort.Based on the statistical analysis on the actual and effective passenger data collected on the spot,the passenger’s body dimensions required for the design of seat row spacing are identified.The passenger-comfort model with a constant force is worked out based on the principle of human factors engineering;such parameters as seat row spacing and seat back tilting angle are calculated based on the route structure.Besides,the ergonomics-based simulation software JACK is adopted to compare the ergonomic evaluation results under different conditions of seat row spacing,in order to verify the rationality of the optimized seat row spacing.Finally,the optimized seat row spacing is adopted to optimize and evaluate the seat layout of the common models of low-cost airline companies in China.
