摘要
凸轮泵是一种结构紧凑、无磨损且适用范围广的高性能容积泵。针对新式椭圆凸轮泵流量脉动大的性能缺陷,提出了基于非圆齿轮变速驱动的脉动平抑方法。在阐明高阶椭圆凸轮泵工作原理的基础上,建立了泵的瞬时流量公式,并分析了转子偏心率、阶数及长半轴长度对瞬时流量的影响;针对大脉动流量的成因,提出了基于非圆齿轮的平抑方案,根据瞬时流量公式反求出平抑用非圆齿轮的传动比,通过留数定理证明了非圆齿轮的封闭性,为该非圆齿轮的设计奠定理论基础。分析结果表明:非圆齿轮变速驱动的高阶椭圆凸轮泵可以实现恒流量输出,平抑齿轮和同步齿轮间的相位角误差是制约流量是否恒定的关键参数。
The cam pump is a high-performance displacement pump which has the advantages of compact structure,little wear,and a wide scope of application.In order to eliminate the performance defect of the new elliptical cam pump-large-pulsation flow,a method of pulsation smoothing driven by non-circular gears featuring a variable speed is proposed.On the basis of the high-order elliptical cam pump’s working principle,the formula of instantaneous flow is deduced,and the influence of such factors as rotor eccentricity,number of order and length of long half-axis on the instantaneous flow is analyzed.For the cause of large-pulsation flow,the scheme of pulsation smoothing driven by non-circular gears is proposed,and the transmission ratio of smoothing-led non-circular gears is identified,according to the above-mentioned formula.The closure of non-circular gears is proved by the residue number theorem,which lays theoretical foundation for the design of non-circular gears.The results show that the high-order elliptical cam pump driven by non-circular gears can realize the constant-flow output,and the phase angle error between the smoothing gear and the synchronous gear is the key parameter for constant flow.
