脉冲袋式过滤器箱体早期开裂失效分析

摘要 脉冲袋式过滤器使用6个月箱体发生开裂、泄露。结合现场箱体开裂位置与其结构受力状况,分析应力集中区。断口部位取样,对材料成分、组织状态、焊接材料显微分析,断口宏观、微观电镜及能谱微区成分分析,分析结果表明:箱体结构制造不合理,产生应力集中,钢板组织状态不佳,焊接材料与钢板材料不同,工作介质中含有较高腐蚀性成分的S,Cl元素;钢板开裂、泄露起源于焊缝焊接处,属应力腐蚀+腐蚀疲劳开裂。 Pulse bag type filter using the 6-month box body was cracked and leaked. The stress concentration area is analyzed based on the crack position of the box body and its structural stress. Sampling of the fracture site, Microanalysis of material composition, tissue state, welding materials, macroscopical analysis of the fracture, microelectron microscopy and microregion analysis of energy spectrum was analyzed. The results of the comprehensive analysis showed that the box structure manufacturing was unreasonable, the stress was concentrated, the steel plate tissue state was not good, the welding material was different from the steel plate material and the working medium contained the S and Cl elements with more corrosive components.The cracks and leaks of steel plates originated from weld welding, which belonged to stress corrosion + corrosion fatigue cracking.
