摘要
变曲率大法兰椭球类钣金件,结构封闭、型面复杂,成形中每一点的材料变形影响着每一处模具的回弹量值,这是一项相当复杂、与以往回弹研究方向完全不同的全新研究项目。采用PAMSTAMP基于拉格朗日的弹塑性本构方程,建立有限元模型,对变曲率大法兰椭球类钣金件橡皮成形进行了回弹补偿模拟分析,摸索和确定了展开毛坯、模具结构、成形压力等的最佳数值,形成了一套完整机械加工复杂封闭钣金结构件的成形技术,实现了变曲率钣金结构件的橡皮精确成形。
Large flange ellipsoid sheet metal parts with varying curvature have closed structure and complex surface lead to the different deformation of each point during the forming process,furthermore,the depth of each point affects the springback value of the sheet metal,which is a new research issue differ from previous springback study.The finite element method on the foundation of Lagrange elastoplastic equation was used via PAMSTAMP software,an simulation analysis for springback compensation was made on the rubber-pad forming process of large flange ellipsoid sheet metal parts with varying curvature to explore and find the optimal value in terms of blank shape,mould structure and forming pressure,form a set of complete machining operation forming technology for the complex and closed sheet metal structure,in an end to achieve precise rubber-pad forming of the sheet metal structure with variable curvature.
