摘要
为了抑制电极丝振动,研究了限幅器对电极丝振动的抑制原理和控制效果。通过LMS.Test.Lab测试系统测量线切割机床的上、下臂的模态参数和工作状态中的功率谱密度。把功率谱密度测量数据作为输入激励,利用Ansys Workbench进行电极丝的预应力模态分析和随机振动分析,对限幅器的振动控制效果进行比较。结果表明:限幅器可以降低电极丝自身的振动幅度,可以隔离机床运转时产生的振动影响,两者相辅相成共同作用,在安装限幅器之后电极丝在工作状态下的振动变形量减小了10倍,控制电极丝振动效果明显。
To suppress the vibration of the wire,this paper researches suppression principle and control effects of the wire guides which be used for the wire vibration. LMS.Test.Lab test system was used for measuring the WEDM-HS( highspeed wire-cut electrical discharge machining) modal parameters and PSD( power spectral density). The measurement data as input stimulus,is used for the dynamics analysis of wire electrode in the Ansys Workbench. Comparing the results of the analysis,in the first place,wire guides can reduce the amplitude of vibration of wire electrode itself. In the second place,it can isolate vibration from machine running vibration. Both supplement each other work together. After installing the wire guides,vibration of the electrode wire in the working condition of deformation is reduced by a factor of10,controling the wire electrode vibration effectively.
