摘要
石墨烯涂料除具有传统涂料的特性外,更具备无机物特性,涂膜与基质相同,具有安全环保,防水透气、耐碱、耐污防火、耐候性佳,不褪色,抗菌防霉,不会造成二次污染等特性。同时,石墨烯涂料防腐涂料领域已知的最薄的一种,一根头发丝的直径约是10万层石墨烯叠加起来的厚度,将它涂在金属表面,可以保护金属不受腐蚀。目前,石墨烯做金属保护膜已经成功应用,并显著延缓了金属的腐蚀速度,因此石墨烯涂料预计未来将有广阔的市场空间。文中介绍了石墨烯涂料技术及产业现状,并指出了未来发展趋势。

Currently, the graphene make metal protective film has been successfully applied, and significantly slowed the rate of corrosion of metals, and therefore graphene coating is expected to have a broad market space in the future. This paper introduces the graphene coating technology and industry status, and points out the future trends.
