Synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate Using H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/ZrO_2-WO_3 as Catalyst

摘要 以H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂,以冰乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯。探讨H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3对酯化反应催化活性的影响。采用正交实验法研究了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂环己烷用量、反应时间等因素对实验结果的影响。结果表明:在醇酸摩尔比为1.3:1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,带水剂环己烷用量为8mL,反应时间为75min的优化条件下,乙酸正丁酯的收率达94.3%。 The synthesis of n-butyl acetate by using H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 as catalyst has been studied. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid is 1.3:1, the mass ratio of the catalyst to the reactants is 1.5%, volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8 mL and the reaction time is 75 min. H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing n-butyl acetate and its yield can reach over 94.3%.
