Synthesis of Benzimidazolone Organic Pigment Derived from Diketene

摘要 文章简介了由双乙烯酮衍生的5-乙酰基乙酰氨基苯并咪唑酮的合成工艺。全面系统的介绍了由5-乙酰基乙酰氨基苯并咪唑酮作为偶合组分和一些芳胺或取代芳胺化合物的重氮物进行偶合反应,制备一系列黄色橙色的有机颜料。这些有机颜料性能非常优异,具有很高的对光和热的稳定性以及较高的耐溶剂性和耐迁移性,色泽非常坚牢,广泛用于塑料、高档涂料及油墨。 This article introduced the synthesis process of 5-acetoacetylamino benzimidazolone derived from diketene. It was systematically introduced that 5-acetoacetylamino benzimidazolone can be used as coupling component to occur coupling reaction with some diazonium compounds of aromatic amine or arylamines compounds to prepare series of yellow or orange pigments. These organic pigments which had very excellent performance,high stability to light and heat, higher solvent resistance and resistance to migration, and very color fastness were widely used in plastics, coatings and inks grade. Chemical structural formulas, CAS registry numbers, EC registration numbers, block diagrams of the synthesis reaction processes and applications of these varieties were also listed.
