有机硅3D打印的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 有机硅材料具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性和力学性能等,在生物医用、包装与交通运输等方面应用广泛。传统工艺生产有机硅制品时间长、成本高,而且无法做到个性化生产。有机硅的3D打印是用3D打印技术加工成型有机硅材料制品,它能够实现有机硅产品的快速、个性化生产。介绍了直接有机硅3D打印中光固化3D打印与基于挤出的3D打印2种技术在材料、打印工艺方面的研究进展。 Organic silicon material has good biocompatibility,chemical stability and mechanical properties,and was widely used in biomedicine,packaging and transportation.However,the traditional production process for production of organic silicon products has the shortage of long time,high cost,and could not achieve personalized production.3 D printing of organic silicon was to use 3 D printing technology to process and shape organic silicon material products,which could realize rapid and personalized production of organic silicon products.This paper mainly introducd the research progress in materials and printing process of two kinds of technologies:light-curing 3 D printing and extruding-based 3 D printing in direct organic silicon 3 D printing.
