摘要
环氧化物水解酶介导的生物转化过程具有高效率、高选择性、反应温和等优点,其在手性药物中间体的合成中的应用越来越受到人们的关注。介绍了环氧化物水解酶在手性环氧化物及邻位二醇等手性药物中间体制备中的应用。
Epoxide hydrolase as biocatalyst for the production of chiral drug intermediates have attracted widely attention because of their high catalytic efficiency,excellent chemo-,regio-and stereo-selectivities,and mild reaction conditions.In this paper,the applications of epoxide hydrolase in the preparation of chiral drug-intermediates,such as chiral epoxide and adjacent diol,were reviewed.
