摘要针对有异常声响的35 k V开关柜,进行了超声波及特高频局部放电带电检测,测试数据确认35 k V开关柜存在绝缘缺陷。通过停电检查开关柜发现柜内电缆室存在尖端放电痕迹,缺陷原因是裸露的金属垫板存在毛刺,以及连接线对绝缘隔板的距离不满足空气绝缘净距离要求,导致开关柜出现放电现象。针对此次开关柜放电缺陷,提出了防范措施。
