摘要
自升式海上平台升降设备的行星齿轮系统运行条件特殊、工况复杂。基于齿轮多体接触动力学和传动系统的工作原理,建立系统的动力学虚拟样机模型,获得齿轮系统各啮合副的动态啮合力。运用数理统计可知动态啮合力概率密度分布复杂,不能满足常规的概率分布假设,传统的可靠性分析方法不宜适用。因此,提出利用舍选抽样法获得符合原始任意分布的啮合力随机数,以真实地反映可靠性水平。联合动力学仿真与Monte Carlo方法的计算结果说明提出的方法有效。
The planetary gear system of lifting platform has special and complicated working conditions.Based on the principle of gear multi-body contact dynamics and transmission system,a dynamics virtual prototype model of the system is established to obtain the dynamic meshing force. By using the mathematical statistics known probability density distribution is complex,the dynamic meshing force can't meet the normal probability distribution assumption,traditional reliability analysis methods not applicable. Therefore,using rejection sampling method is proposed in line with the original mesh of arbitrary distribution of random numbers,to truly reflect the reliability level. The combined dynamics simulation and Monte Carlo method are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
