摘要
针对弧面凸轮行星机构复杂啮合曲面建模困难的问题,提出了采用模拟运动法进行三维建模的方法,以方便该机构的建模。该方法须对机构进行运动分析,根据运动关系对模拟构件进行运动仿真,利用仿真后得到的运动轨迹在被建模构件上进行轨迹扫描,最终得到构件的三维模型。经验证,所建模型全局无干涉,运动形式仿真正确。该方法高效且精确,通过模拟运动法得到的轨迹曲线也能直观地反映构件的啮合规律。
Aiming at the problem of modeling difficult of complex meshing surfaces of globoidal cam planetary mechanism,a method of 3D modeling by using simulated motion method is proposed in order to facilitate the modeling of the mechanism. The kinematics analysis of the mechanism must be carried out in this method and the motion simulation of analog components is carried out according to the motion relationship. The trajectory obtained by using simulation is scanned on the modeled component. Finally,the 3D model of the component is obtained. It is proved that the model is global free of interference and the motion form is simulated correctly.The method is efficient and accurate,the trajectory curve obtained by the simulation method can directly reflect the meshing law of the components.
