摘要
介绍了广西天等锰矿25万t a采、选项目选矿工艺流程设计在生产中存在的问题及其生产技术改造方法。技改后不仅降低了物耗,而且增加了精矿的回收率,经济技术指标得到很大的改善。对提高广西天等锰矿区丰富的锰矿资源的总体锰回收率和经济效益具有指导意义。
The present paper first gives an account of the problems in the technological flowprocess of the mining and milling of 250,000 ton?a in Tiandeng Manganese Mine of Guangxi. Then it offers a report on how to carry out a series of technological renovations and reforms. After these renovations and reforms not only wastage is reduced, but also the rate of the concentrate's recycling is enhanced. This proves to be of great significance to manganese industry in China.
