摘要
目的 探讨人类主要组织相容性复合体 -DR(HLA DR)基因多态性与肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)之间的关联性。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 -序列特异性引物 (PCR SSP)DNA分型技术对遵义地区汉族 3 9例HFRS患者和2 8例健康对照进行HLA DR基因分型。结果 HLA DRB3 基因频率在HFRS患者组较正常对照组明显增高 (RR =5 .0 4,χ2 =9 988,P <0 0 1) ;HLA DRB1 0 90 12基因频率较正常对照组明显降低 (RR =0 2 4,χ2 =7 2 16,P <0 0 1) ;其它等位基因频率在患者组与对照组间无显著性差异。结论 在遵义地区汉族人群中 ,肾综合征出血热可能与HLA DRB3 基因呈正相关 ,与HLA DRB1 0 90
Objective To explore the association between epidemic hemorrhagic fever (HFRS) and HLA-DR alle polymorphish.Methods Twenty-eight normal people and 39 HFRS patients of Han nationality in Zunyi were tested for HLA-DR by polymerase chain reaction with sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP).Results HLA-DRB3* gene frequencies with HFRS was markedly higher in patients than in controls (RR=5\^04,χ\+2=9.988,P<0.01);HLA-DRB1*09012 gene frequencies significantly lower in patients (RR=0.24,χ\+2=7.216,P<0.01);while the frequencies of other DR alleles were not significantly increased in patients.Conclusion HFRS be positive related to HLA-DRB3* and was negatively related to HLA-DRB1*09012.
