摘要
针对普通干线公路突发事件应急指挥的需要,按照交通运输部对省级公路网管理与应急处置平台的建设要求。通过对江苏省公路信息化现状的分析和成果利用,依托信息化技术整合各类资源,提出了江苏省普通干线公路应急指挥平台的总体架构和各分系统的设计思路,并对平台的运用进行了设想。
According to the needs of highway emergency command,and the requirements of the provincial highway management and emergency command platform by Ministry of Transport,this paper advances the general framework of highway emergency command platform of Jiangsu Province and the design ideas of subsystems by integrating various resources,after analyzing the IT current situation and achievement of Jiangsu Highway.At last,the application of the platform was conceived.
