摘要
目的构建生物危害防御能力评估数据库,为采集、存储和管理我国生物危害防御能力评估基础数据提供可靠的技术手段。方法明确数据库设计原则、主要实体、实体关系和实体属性;设计了数据库系统体系架构、功能架构和数据库结构;采用Java编程语言实现了该系统。结果与结论运用数据库系统进行了应急方案、案例、应急人员、机构、救援队、生物危害防御基础设施、药品、疫苗、装备、物资、生产明细、储备明细、病原微生物、疾病等14类信息的数据采集,实际应用证明该系统可满足我国生物危害防御能力评估数据采集、存储和管理的需要。
Objective To design and implement a biological hazard defense ability assessment database to provide reliable technological support for collecting,storing and retrieving data for biological hazard defense ability assessment.Methods The principles,main entities,relationships and attributes of biological a hazard defense ability assessment database were summarized.The system architecture,functional model and database structure were designed and the database system was implemented with Java programming language.Results and Conclusion Data on emergency plans,cases,human resources,organizations,rescue teams,biodefense infrastructure,medicine,vaccine,equipment,materials,product details,storage details,pathogens and diseases is collected with this database system.Actual use shows that it can meet the needs of data collection,storage and retrieval for biological hazard defense ability assessment in China.
