摘要
针对综合电子信息系统(IEIS)网系结构复杂、技术体制不统一等问题,提出了一种基于用户状态、网络状态和业务状态对通信网络资源进行动态调配的应用框架。通过屏蔽底层不同通信网系的复杂细节,将通信网络资源进行服务化封装,为上层应用和用户提供标准化的调用接口,服务化的通信网络能力在主动服务框架的统一组织下,主动辨识用户的意图和传输需求,并结合当前通信网络资源状态,选择恰当的通信网络服务提供给用户。一方面保证了基于用户需求所需的网络业务性能,另一方面采用主动服务机制,使得网络负载更加均衡,提高了资源利用率。
This paper introduces a dynamically network resource allocation application frame based on user state,network state and service state for the complex networks architecture and inconsistent technical system of Integrated Electronic Information System(IEIS).The standardized interfaces open to application and user agent by encapsulated network resources,which can shield the underlying network complex implementation details Under the unified organization of active service frame,the encapsulated communication network capability can initiate to identify the user's intent and transmission requirements.Based user's demand and network state,the best suitable service is provided for the user.On one hand,the network performance based on user's demand is assured,on the other hand,the active service mechanism makes the loads more balancing,thus increases the network resource utilization rate.
