摘要
文章基于对现有的轮转模切机及系统的劣势分析,提出了解决当前模切机缺陷的技术方案-基于计算机视觉的精密位置控制算法,并对该算法做了详细的阐述,同时通过对原有模切机进行技术改造和升级对该算法进行了验证,实现让现有模切机系统稳定性得到增强、产品精度得以提高。
After making a thorough analysis on advantages and disadvantages of modern rotary die-cut machines at present, this paper has proposed one of the solutions on resolving these disadvantages thru using computer vision based precision position control algorithm.In this paper, the author has given a detailed description on this algorithm. Through applying this algorithm and control technique on one type of RDC machine, it has got stable system performance and products made with an improved tolerance low than +/-0.1mm.
