摘要
描述了物联网定义及其与炼化企业生产安全的关系,阐明了中国石油炼化物联网系统在企业的具体定位和作用,并详细介绍了系统的体系架构、功能架构、应用架构和数据架构等设计方案,分析了系统建设所使用总体技术路线、关键软硬件技术及解决的主要技术难题。该系统已在中国石油炼化企业部署应用,有效促进了企业安全生产管理提升,取得了较好的应用效果,可为石化企业开展类似系统建设和应用提供参考。后续可从优化软硬件友好性、提升软硬件集成度等方面完善和提升系统,并扩展系统应用范围。
The definition of Internet of Things and its relationship with the production safety of refineries and petrochemical enterprises are described. Then expounds the specific positioning and role of China Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Internet of Things in enterprises, introduces in detail the system architecture,functional architecture, application architecture and technical architecture, and analyzes on the key software and hardware used in the system construction and main technical problems to solve. The system has been deployed and applied in PetroChina refining and chemical enterprises. It has effectively promoted the safety production management of enterprises and achieved good application results. It can provide reference for petrochemical enterprises to carry out similar management system construction and application. In the future, the system can be improved and upgraded by optimizing the software and hardware friendliness, enhancing the integration of software and hardware, and expanding the application scope of the system.
