摘要
现在行业内对于已经碳化的混凝土只有材料替换和电化学处理2种方法,存在成本高昂且不易实施的问题,难以满足社会发展的需求。为此我们创新性地提出采用涂料渗透的方法对碳化混凝土进行再碱化处理。我们尝试了多种配方及措施,实现了对试件10mm以上的渗透深度,并大大改善了渗透范围内的p H值,这对修复并保护处于初始碳化阶段的混凝土具有广泛的实用价值。
At present, the common methods to deal with carbonated concrete are rebuilding and electrochemical treatment. However, these methods are both costly and unable to meet the requirement of the society. We invent a coating which can permeate into the concrete up to 10 mm and raise the p H inside innovatively. As a result, this coating can restore and protect the initially carbonized concrete and has extensive use in this field.
