摘要
由于双板预制叠合墙中空间太小,使用普通混凝土(NC)会增加振捣的难度,通过使用无需振捣的自密实混凝土(SCC)可避免振捣的困难。高流动性的SCC会对模板产生较大的侧向压力,文章以双板预制叠合墙体为模板浇筑SCC,进行模板侧向压力试验研究,重点考察浇筑速度对模板侧向压力的影响,并对比NC的模板侧向压力。试验结果表明:SCC的浇筑速度越大,初始模板侧向压力越大;模板侧向压力消失的过程是SCC拌合物从流塑性到硬化完全的过程;模板侧向压力衰减分为快速衰减和缓慢衰减两个阶段;浇筑完成后,SCC模板侧向压力最大值发生在底部,但随着时间的推移最大值也会发生转移。
Since the space of precast shear double-wall structure was too small, normal concrete(NC) would be vibrated with many difficulties which could be solved by Self-Compacting Concrete(SCC). SCC with the high mobility would produce high lateral pressure on the formwork. With the precast double-wall pouring SCC,formwork pressure tests were carried out. The affect factors on the formwork pressure with different casting rate were analyzed. And the results of tests were compared with the ones of NC. The results indicated that with the increasing of the casting rate of SCC, the initial lateral pressure increased. That SCC mixture changed from plastic stage to hardening stage was the reason why lateral pressure disappeared. Pressure attenuation could be divided into two stages: fast attenuation and slow attenuation. The maximum of pressure appeared at the bottom when the placement of SCC was completed would transfer over time.
