摘要
为了研究不锈钢圆管受弯构件的承载能力,进行了国外3本不锈钢结构技术规范的对比,包括:欧洲不锈钢规范(EN1993-1-4:2006)、美国冷成型不锈钢设计规范(SEI/ASCE 8-02)、澳大利亚/新西兰不锈钢设计规范(AS/NZS 4673-2001),同时简要地介绍了5本国外相关钢结构设计规范中圆管受弯承载力的设计方法;搜集了国内外学者进行的11根不锈钢圆管构件的受弯试验数据,其中包括4根奥氏体304圆管、3根奥氏体316L圆管和4根双相体2205圆管构件;采用国内外相关的8本规范中圆管受弯承载力设计公式对搜集到的试验数据进行了计算,结果表明:总体上采用各规范计算得到的圆管抗弯承载力均偏于保守,其中美国钢结构设计规范(ANSI/AISC 360-05)的计算结果与试验数据吻合最好。为我国《不锈钢结构设计规范》中圆管抗弯承载力的设计给出建议。
In order to study the capacity of stainless steel circular hollow members subjected to bending, three foreign stainless steel codes are compared, including European stainless steel code(EN1993-1-4:2006),American cold-formed stainless steel standard(SEI/ASCE 8-02) and Australian/New Zealand stainless steel standard(AS/NZS 4673-2001). Meanwhile, the design method of circular hollow members bending capacity in five foreign steel codes have been introduced. Test on stainless steel bending beam-columns were collected and totally 11 specimens were obtained which consisted of 4 grade304 CHS members, 4 duplex 2205 members and 3 grade316 L CHS members. Comparisons of the predicted bending capacity by using the design codes and the test results show that: all of the codes are conservative for most of the specimens and ANSI/AISC is comparatively better than other codes. Recommendations are provided for stainless steel design code.
