摘要
为加强军供站信息化建设,提升军供站保障的质量和水平,剖析目前军供站信息化建设现状及存在的问题,论证新形势下军供站信息化建设的需求。提出加强组织领导,制订军供站信息化建设发展规划;严格职责分工,健全军供站信息化建设法规制度;军地联合攻关,组织军供站信息化建设先行试点;坚持建训结合,打造军供站信息化建设骨干力量等对策与建议。
To drive the information development of military food service stations,the paper analyzes current situations and problems in that field,demonstrates the demand for information construction under the new situation,and develops several proposals such as making a plan through organizational leadership,perfecting regulations and institutions with areas of responsibility defined,piloting information work by military and local government,and creating backbone strength.
