摘要
为理清下一步军事运输动态监控系统建设思路,根据海上军事运输动态监控系统建设的现状,系统梳理陆空军海防船艇、边防船艇和地方水路民船3个方向上现有系统的优缺点,并根据各自方向上对勤务、技术的需求,论证提出"取此之长、补彼之短",齐步推进海上军事运输各方向动态监控系统建设的初步设想。
To drive future development of the dynamic monitoring system for military transportation,the paper firstly analyzes current situations of system construction,and finds the advantages and disadvantages of the existing systems used in three channels: coastal boats of the army and air force,and frontier boats and civilian boats. Then,it puts forward a preliminary conception of improving maritime dynamic monitoring through mutual emulation of the three systems according to service and technology demands.
