摘要
为优化军事物流运作,加强军事物流管理,分析经典CCR模型及其局限性,结合数据包络分析(DEA)模型评估特点,在构建军事物流绩效评估指标体系的基础上,提出军事物流绩效评估的有界对抗交叉CCR模型。该模型通过指定权向量的变化范围有效解决输入输出指标的权重分配不切实际的问题,以及采用对抗交叉评价法有效解决无法对决策单元进行区分和排序的问题。算例表明,该模型方法科学有效,评估结果符合实际。
In order to optimize military logistics operation and strengthen military logistics management,and analyze classical CCR model and its limitations,according to the characteristics of DEA( data envelopment analysis) model,the paper proposes bounded confrontation cross CCR model on the base of constructing military logistics performance evaluation index system. This model effectively solved the unrealistic problem of input and output index weight by appointing variation range of weight vector,and the problem of unable distinguishing and ordering efficient decision-making units with confrontational cross evaluation method. The calculation examples show that this model is scientific and effective,and the evaluation result is in line with reality.
