大冶铜电解清洁生产工艺及生产实践

摘要 大冶30万吨阴极铜清洁生产工艺采用国际先进技术标准—芬兰OUTOTEC公司的OT阴极板、剥片机组及专用行车,在追求高效率、高品质的基础上,更加注重节能环保,经一年多的生产实践及三项大的技术攻关—阴极铜质量攻关、电流效率攻关、阴极剥片机组剥片能力攻关,阴极铜质量及各项技术指标达到设计要求,实现了达产达标目标,该项目实施大幅度提高劳动生产率、改善作业环境,降低劳动强度,提高技术经济指标。 Daye, 300000 tons of copper cathode cleaning production process adopts the international advanced technical standards- Finland OUTOTEC company OT cathode plate, splittings units and special driving, on the basis of the pursuit of high efficiency, high quality, pay more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection, after more than a year of production practice and three big technology research- quality of cathode copper and cathode current efficiency and technological splittings splittings of unit capacity, quality of cathode copper and various technical indicators meet the design requirements, to achieve the goal reaches producing standard, the project implementation of the great increase in labor productivity, improve the working environment, reduce the labor intensity, improve the technical and economic indicators.
