热处理对Ni-W-P化学镀层耐石油腐蚀磨损性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of heat treatment on corrosive wear resistance of Ni-W-P electroless plating in oil medium

摘要 研究了热处理对42CrMo钢Ni-W-P化学镀层的表面形貌、结构成分及其在石油介质中腐蚀磨损性能的影响。XRD分析显示,Ni-W-P化学镀层由Ni、Ni5P2、NiW2P3、NiW相组成,热处理后镀层由Ni、Ni3P、NiW2P3相组成,镀层结构由非晶态转变为晶态。耐磨性试验结果表明,镀态及热处理态Ni-W-P化学镀层的耐冲蚀磨损性能相对基体分别提高了2.84倍和5.01倍,耐腐蚀磨损性能相对基体分别提高了2.02倍和2.92倍。 Effect of heat treatment on surface morphology , structure, composition and corrosive wear resistance in oil medium of the Ni-W-P electroless plating on 42 CrMo steel was researched .The analysis result of XRD shows that the Ni-W-P electroless plating is composed of Ni , Ni5 P2 , NiW2 P3 and NiW phases , while the electroless plating after heat treatment is composed of Ni , Ni3 P and NiW2 P3 phases , and the structure of electroless plating changes from amorphous state to crystalline state .The wear test results show that compared with 42CrMo steel, the erosive wear resistance of the as plated Ni-W-P electroless plating and the as-heat treated one is increased by 2.84 and 5.01 times, respectively, and their corrosive wear resistance is increased by 2.02 and 2.92 times, respectively.
