摘要 塔磨机比常规球磨机磨矿细度更细,精矿品位可提高3个百分点。根据该微细粒磁铁矿的选矿试验和设备选型试验,提出了一段常规球磨,二段塔磨是该矿石较佳的磨矿工艺流程。进行了塔磨和常规球磨工艺技术经济比较,结果表明塔磨机代替二、三段球磨机,处理每吨原矿可节约成本2.56元。 The properties of the run of mine ore were introduced.Compared to the conventional ball mill,grinding fineness of the tower mill is finer,concentrate grade can be increased three percentage point.According to the fine grain of magnetite ore beneficiation test and equipment type selection,puts forward that a conventional ball mill in first stage and the tower mill in the second stage is the better technical flowsheet of ore grinding. Technical and economic comparison of grinding process between the tower mill and the conventional ball mill has been carried out.it is concluded that the tower mill instead of the ball mill in the second and third stage,although engineering investment increased,but the cost of 2. 56 yuan / ton ore is saved,the investment increased can be recovered in three years.the research achievement has been applied to the mineral processing plant design of the ore and to the plant construction.
