摘要 河南某磁铁矿石全铁含量为25.87%,磁性铁为18.84%,采用分级—干式和湿式弱磁选组合抛废—预选精矿阶段磨矿阶段磁选流程进行试验,获得了铁品位为69.17%、回收率为72.59%的精矿,为合理利用该磁铁矿找到了切实可行的方法并提供了技术依托。 There is an iron ore in Henan Province contains 25.87% TFe,with 18.84% magnetic iron.Through the investigation of mineralogy,the research of mineral processing and a great amount of search tests,a reasonable process to treat the iron ore is determined. Appling the flowsheet of dry tailings discarding-grinding with steps-magnetic separation,iron concentrate which contains 69.17% Fe at a recovery of 72.59% was obtained which finds a feasible method and provides technological support to reasonably deal with the low grade iron ore.
