摘要
为提高切割爆破法开采石材的成荒率,提出了水介质定向切割爆破技术。基于试验装置以及特殊的装药结构,分析了该项技术的定向切割机理:定向装置改变了冲击波总能量对孔壁作用初始阶段的均衡性,与定向装置接触的孔壁首先形成初始定向裂隙。随后,在爆轰压力和水楔作用下裂隙沿钻孔中心连线方向贯通。有机玻璃模型试验结果表明:水介质定向切割爆破技术能使模型完全按照预定的方向切割成缝,切割面平整光滑,炮孔周围仅产生为数不多的短裂隙,证明了该技术具有较好的切割效果。
To increase the block material utilization ratio by cutting blasting,the aqueous median directional cutting blasting technology is put forward.Based on the test apparatus and special charge configuration,the water coupling directional cutting mechanism of the technology is analyzed. The equilibrium characteristics of the initial stage of the role of shock wave energy to hole wall is changed by the directional device. The hole wall that contact with the directional device form the initial directional fracture firstly. Then,under the action of detonation pressure and water wedge,the cracks are cut-through along the direction of drilling central links. The organic glass experimental results show that the aqueous medium directional cutting blasting technology can make the model according to the predetermined direction cut into seam completely,the cutting surface is smooth and only a few short cracks is appeared around the blast holes,therefore,the perfect cutting effects of the aqueous median directional cutting blasting technology proposed in this paper is proved.
