摘要
自流平地面材料是一种以无机胶凝材料或者有机材料为基材,与可再分散胶粉等外加剂复合而成。用脱硫石膏配制石膏基自流平材料可变废为宝,具有良好的经济效益和市场开发前景。本研究介绍脱硫石膏的基本性质以及处理过程,研究不同晶形转化剂处理后的脱硫石膏配制自流平材料,对其性能的影响,并且研究了自流平材料的组成对其性能的影响和自流平材料的微观结构。
Self-leveling floor material is made by compounding an inorganic gelatine material or organic material that is used as the matrix material with additives such as re-dispersible gelatine powder. The preparation of gypsum-based self-leveling material with FGD gypsum can turn waste into treasure and has good economic benefit and market prospect. The paper describes the basic properties of FGD gypsum and its treatment process and the study on the effect of the treatment with different crystalline form conversion agents on the performance of the self-leveling material prepared by FGD gypsum, on the effect of the composition of self-leveling material on its performance and on the microcosmic material of self-leveling material.
