摘要
针对铁矿资源人均占有量少,资源开采强度过大,资源浪费现象严重等问题,根据可持续性原则和效率原则,利用社会福利函数,从理论及方法上对铁矿资源的最佳耗竭进行了研究。并以唐山地区铁矿资源为例进行了最适耗竭模拟,还将近年唐山地区实际开采利用情况与最适耗竭模拟结果作了对比和分析。
In view of the matters such as small per capita occupation of iron ore resource, excessive exploitation of resource and serious waste of resource, and in the principles of sustainability, efficiency and social welfare function, study is made on the optimal exhaustion of iron ore both theoretically and methodologically. Optimal exhaustion simulation is made with the iron ore resource in Tangshan region as the example. The simulation results are compared and analyzed with the real exploitation and utilization conditions of this region in recent years.
