摘要
管理学课程是工程管理专业重要的专业基础课,然而面向工程管理专业的管理学课程教学全面沿用了经管类管理学的套路,没有考虑工程管理专业与经管类专业的差异,教学效果差是必然的。笔者深入分析了面向工程管理专业的管理学课程性质以及教与学的现状,提出教师应突破教材束缚,突出专业针对性,强化实践教学,采用多样化考核方法等教学改革思路,激发学生课堂参与热情和积极性。
Management course is an important professional basic course of engineering management major,but the engineering-oriented Management course teaching comprehensively uses the routine of it for economic management,doesn’t consider the difference between majoring in engineering management and economic management,poor teaching effect is inevitable.The author deeply analyzes the nature of management course for engineering management major and the current situation of teaching and learning,proposed the teacher should break through the teaching material,highlight professional pertinence,strengthen practice teaching,adopt diversified assessment methods and other teaching reform thinking,stimulate students’ classroom participation and motivation.
