摘要
随着经济改革的深入,许多人的价值观和世界观发生了改变,高等院校作为高端人才教育的根据地,自然首当其冲,导致个别高校原有的学习氛围日趋下降,育人环境着实让人担忧。本文首先对高校学风现状进行了深入的分析,然后对学风建设过程中的影响因素进行了总结与归类,最后就如何整治学风和优化育人环境提出了一些建议,希望能为高等院校今后改善育人环境和增强学风提供一些有益的参考。
With the deepening of economic reforms,many of the values and world view has changed,institutions of higher learning as the educational base of high-end talent,first to suffer, college campus study,part of the atmosphere are falling,the education environment is a lot to worry about. The first analysis of the university study,and education environment of the status quo,then the style of study factors affecting the process of building a summary and classification,the final regulation on how to optimize the educational environment study,and made some suggestions,hope for the future institutions of higher learning improve the educational environment and enhance the style of study provides some useful reference.
