摘要
高校辅导员职业化是加强高校辅导员队伍建设和管理,以及解决辅导员队伍现存问题的长远途径和对策。本文从职业与职业化的概念入手,概括了高校辅导员队伍的现状及存在的主要问题,最后提出了辅导员职业化的对策。
Professionalization is not only the method to strenthen construction and management for ideological and political instructors,but also the long-term way and countermeasure to solve the extant problems.In this paper,the author beginning with the concept of profession and professionalization,then the present status and extant problems were summerized.Finally,some countermeasures for Professionalization of ideological and political in structors were suggested.
