摘要
在创建教学研究型大学的过程中,面对当前金融危机,既着眼于培养创新型人才,又兼顾大学生的职业化培养,促进其适应社会需求与就业,是当前大学教育的中心任务。本文将结合土木工程专业基础课的《土力学》教学实践活动,从教学理念、教学目标、教学手段、教学效果等方面,阐述在《土力学》教学中如何开展既符合创新型人才培养的素质教育,又能使学生得到技能实践的职业化教育。
It is main task of college education that we must not only foster students in innovative ability,but also in professional education during the process of establishing teaching-research universities and financial crisis. This paper describes how to educate innovative ability and professional ability from the standpoint of teaching concept, instructional objectives,teaching method and teaching effectiveness in soil mechanics course.
