摘要
企业要实现长远的、可持续的发展,必须努力建立和转化为学习型企业,必须充分发挥培训对企业的积极作用,建立有效的培训体系。现代企业搞好职工培训工作则是建立学习型组织的基础和重要环节,同时企业制度和职工培训也要不断创新。现从建立职工培训体系的作用与反作用方面,简要阐述本人的观点和看法。
To realize long-term and continuable development, an enterprise must not only make efforts to establish and translate into a study-type organization, but fully exert active function of training and set up effective training system as well. The foundation and important tache to set up a study-type organization are doing well employee’s training in a modern enterprise. Meanwhile the system and training of an enterprise must be innovated continuously. The following is my point of view briefly set forth the action and the retroaction to set up employee’s training system.
