摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,基于大数据技术的高校网络建设在国内外蓬勃发展。但不容忽视的是,高校网络建设目前还存在决策层重视不够、管理缺乏科学性;监管混乱、制度不完善;人员有限,队伍素质参差不齐;数据分析不及时,功能缺乏多样性等问题,已严重影响到大数据时代下智慧高校的建设和发展。本文从提高领导层重视程度,建立健全网络规章制度,增加人力、物力和财力投入,明确职责分工,加强队伍建设,不断丰富网络内容,开展校园网络数据分析,发展云计算技术等方面提出改进措施,希望能有效推动高校网络信息化建设。
With the advent of big data era, university network construction based on big data technology is thriving rapidly at home and abroad. But it also brought some issues, including insufficient recognition of policy makers, lack of effective management, confused supervision, imperfect mechanism, limited account of worker, poor capability of team, the delayed data analysis, lack of various functions, which have seriously influenced the construction and development of wisdom university during the big data era. This paper put forward several improvement measures, such as increasing the leadership emphasis, establishing rules and regulations of the network, adding more manpower and material resources and financial investment, clearing duties of division, strengthening the team construction, enriching network content, carrying out the campus network data analysis, etc., so as to effectively promote the construction of university network.
