摘要
结合现代烟草农业的需求和发展,提出了面向服务的省级现代烟草农业信息集成框架。框架横向(同级)采用信息中心+应用系统的松散耦合模式建设,纵向根据省、市、县三级单位在烟草生产管理中的不同职能分为省级决策层、市州管理层、县操作层。框架整合了烟叶生产、投资、卷烟营销、专卖监管、人力资源、财务等数据,建立烟草生产经营信息一体化的综合应用系统,将信息化贯穿于种植管理、烟叶经营、物流分销等烟草产业所有环节,为生产经营决策管理提供支撑。
By investigating the requirements and development of modern tobacco agriculture, this paper put forward a service-oriented integrated framework for provincial modern tobacco agriculture. The framework was built with loose coupling pattern of information center plus applications in the transverse direction. According to the different functions of the three units (province, city and country) in the management of modern tobacco agriculture, the framework was divided into provincial decision-making layer, urban management layer and country operating layer in vertical direction. The framework integrated tobacco production data, investment data, cigarette marketing data, monopoly supervision data, human resource data, financial data and so on, and established the integrated application system for tobacco production and management. By using information technology in comprehensive application of tobacco industry such as plant management, tobacco management, logistics distribution and so on, the framework can provide decision-making support for managers.
