摘要 为公平合理地分配客户协同产品创新获得的相对于企业独立创新的超额收益,提出面向产品创新任务的协同客户利益分配机制。结合产品创新任务和客户协同的特点提出协同客户利益分配原则,定义了任务价值和客户贡献度的概念,任务价值决定了该项任务可供分配的利益总额,客户贡献度决定了客户能够分配到的利益比例。在此基础上,建立了任务价值和客户贡献度的评价指标体系,提出协同客户利益分配模型及求解方法,并基于客户贡献度对利益分配方案进行修正。通过应用分析验证了研究内容和方法的有效性和合理性。 To allocate the excess earning of customer collaborative product innovation relative to enterprise independent innovation fairly,the mechanism research for collaborative customer profit allocation oriented to product innovation tasks was proposed.According to the characteristics of product innovation tasks and customer collaboration,the principles of collaborative customer profit allocation were proposed,and the concept of task value and customers'contribution was put forward.The task value determined the total profit that could be allocated,and the customer contribution determined the proportion of profit that could be allocated.On this basis,the evaluation criteria system for each task and customer's contribution was built.The model of profit allocation was established based on Game Quadratic Programming,and the initial benefit allocation plan was revised according to customer's contribution.A case was used to verify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed methods and contents.
