摘要
运用2010—2015年中国信息产业上市公司的数据,实证分析了企业寻租支出对其研发投入的影响。研究发现:在国有企业中,企业寻租支出与其研发投入之间呈现倒U形关系;在非国有企业中,企业寻租支出能够提升其研发投入。在探究企业寻租支出对其研发投入的影响渠道时发现,非国有企业通过寻租支出获取政府补贴,进而提升其研发投入。
This paper uses the data of Chinese Information Technology industry listed companies from 2010 to 2015 to investigate how rent-seeking affect the R&D investment.It finds that the relationship between rent-seeking and R&D investment is inverted U-shape in the state-owned enterprise and rent-seeking has a positive impact on R&D investment in the non-state-owned enterprise.In discussing the channel of rent-seeking affecting R&D investment,it finds that the non-state-owned enterprise get more subsidies through rent-seeking and then improve R&D investment.
