摘要
学校管理变革的实质可归结为学校制度建设问题,制度缺失可导致任何善意和积极的教育教学变革"通往地狱之路",学校管理变革与新学校制度建设应以学生自主、教师自主和学校自主为根本目标,以圣洁情怀、大学气质和草根精神为价值追求,以行政负责、学术治教和群团参与为分享机制,以文化管理、课程管理和情境管理为智慧谋略,以行动智者、知识经营和公众良知为角色期待,努力促进学校管理走向自主和谐的境界。
The essence of school management reform can be understood as the construction of school system,and the deficiency of system can give rise to the failure of education reform. To promote school management towards an independent and harmonious state,the reform of school management and construction of new school system should take students',teachers' and school's autonomy as ultimate goal; regard holy feelings,university temperament and perseverance as value pursuit; see administrative responsibility,managing education by academics and mass participation as sharing mechanism; consider cultural management,curriculum management and situation management as wise strategies; and think of wise actors,knowledge management and public conscience as role expectation.
