摘要 在对支架立柱油缸、平衡油缸和侧护油缸泄露的主要故障类型及形成原因进行深入分析的基础上,针对性地提出了油缸密封维护、油缸缸筒维护、活塞维护、结构件维护以及油缸设计改进等技术措施,以有效降低工作面油缸泄露的发生概率,提高设备安全性和可靠性。 Based on the deep analysis of the main failure types and c auses of the leakage of the support column cylinder,the balance cylinder and the side protecting cylinder,the seal maintenance of the oil cylinder,the maintenance of the piston,the maintenance of the cylinder seal,the maintenance of the cylinder,and the maintenance of the piston are put forward.In order to effectively reduce the probability of oil cylinder leakage and improve the safety and reliability of the equipment,the maintenance of structural parts and the improvement of cylinder design and other technical measures can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of oil cylinder leakage in working face.
