摘要 围绕实现制造强国的战略目标,《中国制造2025》明确提出的大力发展智能制造产业,企业对高职机电一体化技术专业技能人才提出了新的要求。基于此,以机电一体化技术虚拟工厂作为切入点、创新平台,从课程体系、教学团队等方面进行了探索和研究,提出提升社会服务能力的人才培养和培训模式,解决社会服务过程中的瓶颈问题。 Focusing on the strategic goal of building a powerful manufacturing country,Made in China 2025 clearly put forward the vigorous development of intelligent manufacturing industry,and the enterprises put forward new requirements for the professional skilled personnel of mechanical and electrical integration technology in Higher Vocational colleges.Based on this,taking the virtual factory of mechatronics technology as the breakthrough point and innovation platform,this paper explores and studies the curriculum system,teaching team and other aspects,puts forward the talent training and training mode to enhance the social service ability,and solves the bottleneck problem in the process of social service.
